Totsong Bangus

Ingredients:
1 whole bangus (cut into 6 pieces)
4 cubes Tofu
1/2 Ginger, sliced
1pc. Onion, minced
3pcs. Tomatoes, sliced
3 cloves Garlic, minced
60ml Water
60ml Vinegar


Procedure:

1. Season the milkfish with salt and pepper and then fry until golden brown.
(TIP: Dredge the milkfish with flour to avoid sticking on the pan)



2. Mash the tofu with spoon.

3. Add water to the mashed tofu and then add the vinegar.

4. Sauté onion, garlic, ginger and tomatoes.

5. Add the tofu mixture and let it boil.

6. Add the fried milkfish and simmer for 10 minutes.

7. Serve hot.
