SIZZLING BANGUS SISIG

Have you ever wondered what your usual sisig would taste like if you used BANGUS instead of all those fatty meat parts? What would it taste like, and how would you make it? Well we have the answer for you here....

Ingredients:
  • 1 large boneless fried bangus (meat segregated and chopped)
  • 1 large red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 C Bellpepper, chopped
  • 1 T Soy sauce
  • 2 t Ginger, minced
  • 1 C Tofu, small dices
  • 1 C Chicharon, crushed
  • 1/2 T Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 C Butter, unsalted
  • 1pc Egg
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste


Procedure:



1. Heat butter in pan then add in onions and ginger.



2. Add in bell-pepper, soy sauce, bangus flakes and tofu. Cook for 6 minutes.


3. Transfer to sizzling plate then top with mayonnaise, egg and chicharon.



4. Serve Hot!
